Our minimum $295.00 consultation fee brings a licensed electrician to your location and must be paid before arrival. A detailed quote is written up and credited toward your project when you move forward. If you prefer an online consultation, we will meet with you online and have a consultation with you. and have you fill out a questionnaire and take pictures to provide us more information so a quote can be written up. If any unforeseen circumstances are found later after the onsite visit that may have been missed or overlooked, we will notify you and request your authorization for any additional charges that may be necessary before proceeding with the work. Online fee does not apply to your project.

We charge a minimum $295.00 dispatch travel & diagnostic troubleshooting fee. That must be paid before arrival. Here's why. An electrician will come to your home or business location to perform an electrical diagnosis and identify the electrical problem. After the electrician provides you with the details and explains your options, you will be presented with the total amount to repair the issue.

If there are any significant components or rewiring that are not covered by the total cost to resolve every problem, the installation or repair of required equipment will result in additional expenses. Consequently, there will be no further work done without obtaining written consent from the client in order to proceed with any additional expenses.
